After a record breaking snowy winter, crummy spring and record breaking wet June, we deserved and got the perfect parade weather! However, it seemed like there were less people in the audience this year than previous 4th of July parades...Parade photos feature Police Chief Dams in a squad car, firemen handing out flags, veterans color guard, pom pom girls, boy scouts, marching bands, antique cars, a WAR jeep and a PEACE dune buggy, a big gap in the parade and of course the Park and Rec dragon. 4th of July, 2007
The weather was perfect for a parade, grilling out and fireworks. The only downside was that Dave Bruno's annual parade capers were slightly curtailed because of an previous ankle injury. Even so, Dave put on a show while on a scooter. That's Dave below shooting silly string at some friends. (And how creepy was the Slide down the Cowboy's Trousers ride? eeep!)
